The Stepping Stone Project  believes that everyone deserves a safe and dignified place to call home. Our organization was established to provide temporary housing, programs, and social services to break the cycle of homelessness and help individuals rebuild their lives.  

Our vision is to create a lasting impact in Los Angeles County by fostering inclusive and equitable opportunities for those experiencing homelessness. We envision a community where compassion and support are deeply embedded in every interaction, empowering individuals to overcome their challenges and build a brighter future.

 In our mission to address homelessness in Los Angeles County, our transitional housing program is designed to be a comprehensive approach that combines immediate support with long-term solutions.  

 We are five lifelong friends from Los Angeles, united by shared experiences and a deep commitment to making a difference. Having seen family members struggle with homelessness, we were moved to turn personal hardship into purposeful action. Together, we’ve made it our mission to open a transitional home, a safe space where individuals facing homelessness can rebuild their lives. We believe deeply in the power of community and the resilience of the human spirit. 

Our goal is to offer not just shelter, but also the support and resources necessary for people to regain their independence and move toward self-sufficiency. We want to create a place where people are seen, heard, and given the chance to thrive again. Our dedication comes from a place of love, empathy, and an unshakable belief that everyone deserves a second chance at a better life.
